Description:
This distinctive evergreen shrub is well known due to it's decorative bright red young foliage that later turns a glossy dark green.  A profusion of scented creamy-white flowers are produced in spring. It is a versatile shrub, best grown in a sunny spot but also partial shade with uses such as hedging, mixed shrub borders, multi-stem trees and pleached trees.
