Lavandula angustifolia 'Hidcote'

Description:
This classic Lavender is a reliable variety with strongly aromatic silvery-grey leaves and a profusion of deep violet-purple flower spikes guaranteed to attract bees and butterflies to your garden. An ideal choice for sandy soils and dry sunny spots as it requires little water and is drought tolerant once established. It looks great used as low hedging to edge borders or paths to get a waft of scent as you brush past. We love this country garden classic however, unfortunately it is not suitable for all gardens as it will fail when planted in shady or poorly drained areas.
