Contractor Specification
Supply and construct: a decking subframe using 2″ x 6″ tanalised timber joists (at 300mm intervals), fixed to upright 100mm x 100mm posts. Noggins spaced at 600mm intervals in between joists.
Sub frame to be clad on all seen sides with chosen decking boards and fixed into position using manufacturers decking screws & fixings NOT nails.
Boards to run in the direction as per the plan.
Solid edge board is recommended for steps and edgings and is available in a matching colour.
