One of our favourite sett choices for those looking to add a more modern feel to a traditional house, whilst installing a certain level of character and adding personality to a design. This hand dressed silver grey cobble sett is smooth to the touch but has a beautifully textured riven finish on top and hand dressed sides.  (Please note that this is a natural product and therefore variances, veins and slight colour changes are present within the stone).

Fall as indicated on plan. Setts to be supplied and laid as per paving plan (if supplied) on a FULL BED of 50mm thick mortar and the backs of the setts MUST be primed with a premixed slurry primer such as Ultrascape ProPrime. Setts to be laid over 100mm compacted MOT Type 1. Pointed with Smooth Flowpoint (colour to match paving).

Please note that the colour of materials may vary from the samples provided due to the variances in natural products. Sandstone materials are soft when new and it is perfectly normal to expect slight defects and chipped edges, however as this is a hand dressed material, a perfect finish is not desirable.
