Geranium x 'Rozanne'
Description:
This is one of the longest flowering Geraniums, producing endless saucer shaped, lavender-blue blooms from June until the frost arrives. It is a bit of a rebel and loves to scramble through the border, billowing around other plants and over edges. Not a neat and tidy choice but perfect for a very floriferous and romantic style of garden. A firm favourite of ours at Bestall&Co but this plant does sometimes take us by surprise with how vigorous it can get in the perfect growing conditions of full sun and fertile, moist soil. We find a cut back in June keeps the rambling in check.
Aftercare: Chelsea chop in July by cutting back a third or a half to control growth if required. Mulch with well rotted organic matter in spring or autumn.
