Anemone × hybrida 'Honorine Jobert'

Description:
A fabulous plant for bringing interest to the garden in late summer and autumn. Masses of large, white, flowers on tall elegant branching stems are produced from July to September. Perfect for brightening up a shady corner and areas of partial shade towards the back of a herbaceous borders. Anemones are tough plants that will grow in any garden soil except excessive winter wet, they dislike being moved and will spread rapidly once happy and established.
Aftercare: Leave the stems standing over winter and prune to the ground in spring, taking care not to damage any new growth. Mulch after pruning in spring with well rotted organic matter to replenish the soil, as Anemones are greedy plants. Water in prolonged periods of dry weather throughout the growing season. Large established clumps which have outgrown their space can be reduced by division every 3-4 years in autumn or early spring.
