Description:
You can usually smell this shrub before you see it and it is tougher than it's delicate blooms may suggest. In summer, this mock orange is covered in highly fragrant, single flowers which adds such a romantic air to the garden. This compact variety has purple splashes at the centre and produces abundant flowers. Best planted in a sunny border for maximum flowers, it can also tolerate semi shade, poor soil, urban pollution and coastal air.
