So simple you don’t have to lift a finger!  A basic and hastle free way to operate your garden lighting and perfect if you don’t have great wifi connectivity in the garden or you’re just not that into tech but would like your lights to turn on daily at dusk (you can choose at what time they turn off).

Pro’s:

  • Automatically turns your lighting on at dusk and off at a fixed time to suit you
  • Virtually no maintenance
  • No remote of complicated apps
  • No wifi connectivity required
  • Great for security – have them on when you’re not around
  • Perfect for front & rear gardens
  • Perfect for driveways
  • A warm welcome home – they’ll be on when you arrive home in the dark (as long as it’s before you’ve programmed them to turn off)
  • Can be programmed to stay on all night by altering the timer
  • Easy to program and manually change

Cons:

  • No flexibility in terms of what time the lights turn off (unless the timer is manually adjusted)
  • No manual override (unless the timer is manually adjusted)
  • No automation possibilities
  • Maximum 2 zones per double socket (this should be enough for most small to medium sized gardens)

Sounding good? Then we’d recommend our LED Driver.  Requires one driver per zone/circuit/ring.

  • 1 ring x 52W

What you’ll require:

A double 240v outdoor weatherproof socket that is controlled by a timer and daylight sensor (installed by a Part P qualified electrician).  Please ensure the daylight sensor is not obstructed by overhanging trees/foliage and that it is not in the shadow of a building or large structure. The timer should be set to come on at 2pm and turn off at eg 10pm or 11pm, 8am etc (depending on clients preference).
