Step two in your garden transformation
Site Analysis
Once we’ve received the survey data from the surveyor, we’ll obtain 3 printed copies and arrange for Lee to come out to see your garden. It’s at this point that he will gather more data about your garden including making additional notes on existing features and annotating the survey with:
- Water taps
- Electrical sockets
- Overhanging trees and buildings that may cast shade
- Note shade & sunny areas
- Aspect (eg north or south facing)
He’ll also:
- Take a soil sample and carry out a pH test
- Carry out a soil profile dig to analyse the soil type
He’ll leave one copy of the survey with you, use one to record the site analysis notes, and the third Lee will use for the next stage to make notes on for the concept design … that’s where the fun begins.
