Handmade Outdoor Kitchens, Crafted In Yorkshire
The English Outdoor Kitchen range is a collection of handmade, hand-painted outdoor kitchens, built in Yorkshire using joinery techniques with materials chosen specifically for a long life outdoors. Each kitchen sits comfortably within the garden, feeling as considered as the landscape around it.
Made properly
Every English Outdoor Kitchen is handmade in Yorkshire by skilled craftspeople who understand timber, proportion and longevity. The cabinetry is constructed from high-quality materials selected for their durability and suitability for outdoor use, then finished by hand in paints that provide depth of colour and a soft, traditional finish. Hand painting allows the timber to breathe, move and age naturally. It also means the kitchen can be refreshed or repainted in years to come.
The 2026 range
Rather than offering endless permutations, the English Outdoor Kitchen range has been intentionally refined. For the 2026 collection, we have limited choice to ensure that every option works beautifully, performs well outdoors, and remains timeless. This approach simplifies decision-making, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and consistency with reasonable prices.

A deliberate choice of appliances
You will notice that our kitchens are not designed to house integrated appliances such as barbecues or grills.
This is a conscious choice. Appliance manufacturers frequently change dimensions, models and specifications, which can make future replacement difficult or impossible when cabinetry is built tightly around them. In contrast, a well-made timber kitchen should comfortably outlast several generations of appliances. There are also complexities around gas supply, ventilation and servicing that can introduce unnecessary risk and ongoing maintenance. By keeping appliances separate, the kitchen remains flexible, adaptable and relevant long into the future.
Storage designed for garden life
Each English Outdoor Kitchen includes internal shelving as standard, making it ideal for storing the things that naturally belong outdoors. These cupboards are well suited to:
Outdoor dining cushions and seat pads
Garden tools and accessories
Trays, boards and informal outdoor serving items
Cleaning equipment such as brushes and dustpans
As with all outdoor furniture, a degree of realism is important. These cupboards live outside. Dust, insects and the occasional spider are part of garden life, and light cleaning should be expected. For this reason, we do not recommend storing indoor crockery long-term within the cabinets.
Built for all seasons
There is no need to cover an English Outdoor Kitchen during winter. These kitchens are designed to live outside year-round and often look their best against frost, fallen leaves and winter light. They are as much a visual anchor in the garden as they are a practical one, providing structure, purpose & a sense of permanence throughout the year.
