Is a SmartPlan Planning Package right for me?

SmartPlans are perfect if you:

• Have planning conditions around landscaping and planting that need to be dispensed
• Have planning conditions that need to be addressed as a condition pre build
• Would like to include a landscape plan with your planning application
• Have a small to medium sized garden
• Have a reasonably level garden (a few steps and a couple of small slopes or retaining walls are fine)
• You’re happy that you’ll only get a limited amount of input into the design
• You love our signature style
• You’re working to a budget (let’s be honest, who wants to pay to dispense conditions?)
• You plan to build the garden yourself or have a local contractor to build your garden now or in the future
• Require a quicker turnaround than our full design service
