ONE VISION FOR YOUR HOUSE, YOUR GARDEN AND THE LIFE BETWEEN THEM
Home Reimagined is a life-led creative conceptual design service for people who know their property and garden could work better together, but are not yet convinced that an extension, a redesigned garden or a new collection of rooms alone will provide the answer.
This visionary service begins with what we believe is the most important thing in your home and garden – you.
By understanding how you live now, what frustrates you about living in your home and garden, and what you want your future life to feel like there, we can reimagine your indoor and outdoor living spaces as one connected place.
THE PROBLEM IS RARELY JUST ONE SPACE
We look beyond individual spaces and isolated features and consider the bigger picture to develop a concept for your home and garden. This reimagined concept could include suggestions to enhance the aesthetics and flow of your house, front and back gardens, boundaries, entrances, circulation, views, light and the relationship between inside and outside to help you to visualise what your property could become before you commit to architectural drawings, planning applications or construction etc.
IS HOME REIMAGINED RIGHT FOR YOU?
Home Reimagined may be right for you if you love your location but not the way the property currently works and you cannot image how to put it right; if the house and garden feel disconnected; if previous ideas have failed to excite you; if previous alterations have left the property feeling like a collection of separate decisions; or if you want one coherent vision before committing to significant changes.
You do not need to know what the answer is. You simply need to know that your home and garden could be more.
If your property has potential, but you are struggling to see how the pieces could come together, we’ll begin with a quick phone call for you to tell us what is not working and what you would love life there to become. We will then arrange a more indepth online conversation and explore whether Home Reimagined is right for you. Ready for a conversation? Click here to book.

HOW HOME REIMAGINED WORKS
This package is split and invoiced in two parts.
- Part 1 | The Vision
- Part 2 | The Vision Book & Garden Design
HOME REIMAGINED PART 1 | THE VISION
1 | Our first conversation
Every Home Reimagined project begins with a quick telephone call with one of our team to answer any questions you may have about this service (click here to book). Then, if you’re happy to proceed and if we think we can help, you’ll be scheduled for a 1 hour online meeting with Lee. This is an opportunity for him to hear what’s happening, understand what you are hoping to change and decide whether we are the right people to develop a vision with you.
It’s important that we enjoy talking to one another. Reimagining someone’s home & garden is a personal journey, and the relationship needs to feel right on both sides.
2 | Capturing information on your current home and garden
Once the scope of works and direction has been agreed, our team will capture information on the site in sufficient detail for the creative work to begin.
This will start with a specialist surveyor creating a measured survey recording levels, boundaries and openings. When we meet you in the next step (3 | The Getting to Know You Visit) we’ll layer the survey with important information such as views, circulation, neighbouring context and relevant information already held by you or your existing consultants to create a foundation from which we can build the vision later in the process.
3 | The Getting to Know You Visit
This next step is a much more immersive phase – when Lee visits your home.
We reserve a full day, including travel, and will usually spend between four and six hours together. Sharing a meal is encouraged, giving us the time and space to talk properly without rushing from room to garden and it will enable us to make real time observations.
We will explore things like how you currently use the property, talk about where daily life at home feels awkward and what you would like to do more of that your current layout doesn’t allow. We will discuss the house, garden, lifestyle, family, entertaining, privacy, storage, light, movement (and even the things you may have stopped noticing because you live with them every day!).
We will get into the nitty gritty of the problems and do a lot of listening, thinking and ‘pondering’. During the visit, I will also step away from the property for around an hour. This pause gives me time to reflect, connect what I have heard and look beyond the most obvious answers. I will then return with my initial observations, questions and explore possible opportunities.
Following the visit, we will prepare a concise brief capturing what you would like to achieve.
4 | Creating and revealing the Vision Film
Back at our design studio, we then develop the big creative ideas for the concept as we reimagine your house and garden, inspired by the life you want to live there.
These ideas are brought together in a short conceptual Vision Film that allows you to experience a possible future vision for your home and garden. Through the film, you will be able to see how the property and garden might flow, where new connections could be created and how life there could feel (presented to you in person so that we can explain our rationale and experience your response).
You will then have time to live with the ideas, discuss them privately and notice which parts continue to feel right. Your consolidated feedback is then used to refine the vision before the final concept is agreed.

Payment terms for Part 1
We’ll invoice for 50% of the Part 1 package price to secure your place in our schedule, and once paid, we’ll arrange a professional survey. The document captures data such as your house, garage and any outbuildings, boundaries, hard landscaping, borders, trees and mature shrubs and provides the basis for the concept we will create. Other features include the locations of your ground floor doors and windows, inspection chambers and patios*. (*Note – The survey will illustrate existing boundaries rather than legal boundaries, does not show the location of underground services and will only indicate trees and key shrubs rather than individual specimens.)
The usual turnaround time from booking your survey to us obtaining the data is around 4 weeks, and Lee needs the survey documents before his visit date.
After Lee’s visit, we will then invoice the second 50% for Part 1 which is payable prior to us starting work to create the Vision Film. This is a creative process and usually takes around 3 months (depending on our current workload).
