Doing the right thing is about us being reimbursed fairly for what we do. Doing the right thing is about listening to your gut and asking ‘if i was an onlooker to this situation, what is the right course of action for the project and that will deliver the best results’.
Helpful & positive can do attitude – Having a positive attitude is about being happy at work. It’s about embracing challenges and not hiding from problems and being willing to learn. It’s about saying, “I’ve never done that before, but I’ve got the skills required to do it well, so I’ll give it a go”. It’s about supporting our team and our business.
