Contractor Specification
Supply & construct a 2m high fence using 100mmx100mmx2.6m tanalised C4 timber posts spaced at 1.2m centres. Create a ‘stud work’ frame using three 100mmx50mm tanalised C4 timbers (horizontally placed top, middle and bottom) to include vertical noggins and face with 9mm pre-routed (100mm spacings) Medite Trycoya Extreme.
Countersink all screws and fixings. Fill and sand (with 120 grit) any screw of fixing holes to ensure a smooth finish.
Painting of all seen woodwork including top rail, fence panel and skirting board. 3 coats. For the best results we’d recommend using a Prodec Ice Fusion 6″ gloss roller.
Wood should not be painted when wet or when rain is forecast.
